Austin Jansen

Austin Jansen started Jansen Construction in 2006 with nothing more than a used compact pickup truck with a lumber rack and tool box. In 2 years he has quickly grown his business into a construction powerhouse.

Austin credits his rapid success to his childhood experiences and college education. Austin's Father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather were all carpenters and played a major role in his skill advancement at an early age. Growing up, Austin was always involved in constructions projects with his Father and Grandfather.

In high school Austin took several wood shop classes which began his professional interest in the trades. After graduating High School, Austin attended Shasta College in the Fire Technology program. While in school he worked for the Shasta County Fire Dept. After graduating from the program at Shasta College he returned home to attend paramedic school. While in paramedic school he resumed his construction work with Rick Morgan Construction as a framing carpenter. Austin completed several projects with Rick Morgan’s company. Work with Rick Morgan eventually slowed and Austin sought employment with B.R. Construction. While working for B.R. Austin fine-tuned his skills and attention to detail by observing a very successful and profitable construction company and applied them to a healthy foundation for his own company.

Austin’s company enjoys state-of-the-art equipment and tools. Jansen Construction has several fleet vehicles, dump trucks, heavy equipment, and even a cutting edge mobile construction workshop. Austin is dedicated to excellent customer service and hopes his success will continue and looks forward to what the future will bring.
 

Justin Rovnanik

Justin Rovnanik is currently employed as a foreman for Jansen Construction. Since 2002, Justin has worked in the construction industry, providing the absolute best quality service and craftsmanship to countless clients in and around the San Francisco Bay Area. In his current role for Jansen Construction, Justin manages employee workloads, handles questions/concerns from clients, and ensures compliance with local building codes to provide timely and efficient completion of every project, all whilst upholding and conforming to the moral and industrial standards under which Jansen Construction operates.

In his free time Justin enjoys freelance web design, and has a particularly large interest in aviation. He currently holds a helicopter pilots license, and is actively pursuing a job with the California Highway Patrol. His abilities on and off the jobsite make Justin a strong addition to Jansen Construction, proving that honesty, integrity, and hard work are not just personal attributes, but the keystone to every successful business relationship.
