This patio cover was built over the top of an existing concrete patio slab. The overhang has a 2 foot by 1 foot concrete stem-wall topped with rustic brick pavers and finished with stucco. The overhang is insulated and finished with pine beadboard on the ceiling. It has two ceiling fans and recessed light all controlled by wireless remote. A slider was added in the corner where a widow had originally been installed.
